Sarah and I were up in Glasgow for some Xmas shopping so we had to get along to this Sarah is a big fan and only saw them at Uxfext this year.
Again local support with Dub Trio. Missed the local boys but caught Dub Trio again a pretty muddy mix but interesting.
Skindred and the crowd were on fire tonight though. This was easily the best reaction I’ve seen Skindred get and they were loving it. Setlist was the same but there was easily a bigger spring in their step and a lot of banter with the crowd, berating a few people for not jumping around near the front. This was a smashing gig and a good send off for what I must assume will be the last time I see Skindred till they are back with a new LP and I can’t wait.
