This did my fucking nut in. We got in at half 8 and The Films still hadn’t been onstage. Juliette Lewis et al didn’t appear till 11, not a happy bunny. It was a Tiscali music show or some crap so that is why. Each set was filmed assume for Tiscali users to see at some future date.
Support bands: Don’t bother I didn’t want to but had to The Films were especially awful.
I don’t know much by The Licks and what I did know they didn’t play. Not that it mattered they played an entertaining set and it was a bit of fun but I won’t go again unless Sarah really wants to go next time they’re back. Also just made last tube home and it was a 30min/45min set max so not great value for money and we got home at like 1am? Not exactly what I want from a band I’m a little unsure of. One of my obsessives (like Speedhorn) would easily play that and I couldn’t see my bed till 3am and I wouldn’t care but this lot? Feck it.
