Dorans.
A brilliant set from these culchies. Had caught them previously in Dorans on a recommendation and they were ace then and were just as good this time. Support was better also, Legacy doing the NWOAHM/Metalcore thing very well if having a keyboard player you couldn’t hear. Speedking do two things; Thrash metal (MORE, MORE) amd bluesy rock (LESS, LESS). Now they do both very well but they should pick one and run with it (my fingers are crossed for thrash). There CD is passable but with only two thrash tracks out of five I wouldn’t have heard it and thought “Ooh I’ve got to see this lot”. There gigs however have never disappointed and they are playing again in Dorans on the 30th of April (This time a saturday) and I’ll be there. So should you.
