The Veez
Right this was flipping ages ago, I’m such a lazy git. Anyway can’t remember if I saw The Veez but saw UoK and Kish Mauve. They were both cack, seriously, awful don’t bother I’m disgusted I did.
Anyway eventually at 10pm or so IM appeared on stage and half an hour later left it. In between they played a blinding set, I still own none of thier stuff but having seen them two and a half times I practically know them all. They are fun happy ska/jazz/rock tunes and I am gagging to get my hands on a CD so I can start spreading MP3s everywhere.
They have an Xmas party in The Water Rats on the 16th of Dec which is technically free still but I have to get back form Glasgow after Maiden so I don’t think I’ll be at that but in they play constantly so you will see a lot of reviews of their shows in the new year.
