The Hedrons

Ok to start The Hedrons are fucking cack don’t bother with them ever, just a waste of human life and your time.

Now AIC, well I’m not a big fan, not that I odn’t like them just don’t know much by them. Sarah loves them though so I bought tickets for their Mean Fiddler show, which was promptly upgraded to the Astoria. They have a new front man (obviously with Layne dead) who has worked with Jerry on his solo stuff. The place was rammed and with the temps outside hitting 35 Degrees I don’t want to know what they were in here but man the crowd were gagging for it. I’ve never seen so many t-shirts of the actual band playing at one gig. I’d love to tell you AIC hit the stage running and blasted through their back catal;ogue like there was no tomorrow, so I will because it was true. They were brilliant and had the audience in the plam of thier hands all night switching tempo easily and never losing momentum. I’d list what they played but I’m crap at song titles but lets just say I saw no disappointed faces just people with coat hangers stuck in their mouths.
They are off on a US tour later in the year with the new guy amd maybe they’ll do Europe again(bigger venues I’d say though) and I’ll be there with Sarah.

Later days,
Halo
