Tell them I’m coming and hell’s coming with me, ya hear?

Well I’m outta here. In15 days I finish in HMV and in 22 days I start my new job and sometime between those two numbers I start my new life in LONDON.
That’s right I have a job and it is in London. I will be the events officer for these people: GridPP. It looks like fun :-D. I have nothing sorted cause I’ve done nowt but work since I found out so I need to organise flights and temporary accomodation. Thankfully Alex and Sean are moving out of their flat in Brixton in late January and so I’ve thrown my hat in with them and Alex’s brother Richie! Hope they sort somet out I’m so tired I couldn’t even begin to think where to start. I also need to organise tax bullshit (Note: Ask Sean) and what type of iMac G5 I want, probably 20″ with all the trimmings (Note: Ask Al about using iMac as a display for a Gamecube and how I gets one of those new iMac remotes).
I’m happy, sad, apprehensive and all the things you should be when leaving stuff behind and moving on to somewhere new. I should be back for Al’s annual bash in his house and maybe Dragonforce in March but other than that I’m a Londoner now.

  1. For connecting your gamecube, you’ll need summat like a usb tv adaptor or similar I reckon…. cheaper gettin a small TV from Argos or something I reckon… or just using your DS and ‘donating’ your gamecube to a good friend who loves Mario Kart….. *ahem*
