Well you’ve seen my last gig trek. Well my next big one was the 5 in December for Iron Maiden but it has been revised and now I have a sixth Maiden gig and it’s in Stockholm 🙂 Bruce is a trained pilot and is flying ~200 fans to Stockholm on a specially chartered flight. We get put up in a nice hotel, let into the venue first, general admission tickets and let on to the stage before the the gig for a picture with Bruce. It is a little pricey at £500 but I think it will be worth it I’m hoping Al will be able to come but if not it’ll be great craic anyway.
I’ve started using Adblock, Customize Google and Remove It Permanently (RIP) for all my ad blocking needs. I aint seen one in weeks now. If you’ve got Firefox give them a try.
I sort of like Van Morrison and he’s playing a large festial-esque thing here in London which I aint doing. But then I saw he was playing a small “supper club” thing and my ears pricked up however it was over £100 for it, WTF, even more if ya wanted dinner with that.
I don’t know if any of you remember the “Kid Deterrent” that was released a while ago for shops. It was a device which emitted a high pitched noise that only people under 20 could hear so it drove children out of shops. Well they’re getting their own back 😀 school kids have recorded the sound and are using it as ringtones on their phones so teachers can’t hear the phones going off in class, genius. To be honest that’ll teach them.
Oh I was back in a bar called Garlic & Shots, I still have no idea where it is BUT I know the shot they do that I like. It is called Blood Shot and is Vodka, Garlic, Chili and Spices it is nummy.

I’m thinking of installing Adium which is a cross-network chat client for Mac OSX which will allow me to IM with people from the following networks; AIM, Google Talk, ICQ, Jabber, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and Zephyr. But I can only talk to people on a network if I have a username for that network so leave your affiliation here so I know what I have to sign up for. I’m pretty sure Mary and Adrian are MSN not sure about Dave and the rest of ya.
