Well I got drowned today. I got up had breakfast, showered, grabbed my gym gear (going to go on the way home). I headed out the door, it was raining so went to the bus stop about 30 seconds later and it starts sheeting it down and I get drenched, my Maiden hoodie is still wet and it’s been hanging up since. So I came back home, I’d only left about a minute beforehand and decided I was working from home until it stopped it did by lunchtime but there was no point heading in then.
Had a good day actually, trying to plan something for the BA festival in Liverpool next year, writing up our experiences from this year’s one, sketching a talk about what we in the UK will do with the dissemination of the European project EGEE from next April and more.
Had a big lunch as I wanted to go to the gym at 6pm but have let a good meal be settled in my stomach first so had a snack after that for dinner, like the olden days in Ireland(or Sarah’s house now :-P)
It was actually quite a nice day today in the end here. What was it like where you were?
